I'll also confirm the number of people attending and whether you'd like to use your own table and chairs or if I should bring them.

What materials are included?

At our painting events, I believe that everything should be included so that you can focus on having fun and unleashing your creativity. My painting kits come complete with everything you need to create a masterpiece, including:

  • High-quality acrylic colors for adults or children-safe colors for kids' parties
  • A variety of brushes to achieve different effects
  • A canvas to bring your vision to life
  • An easel to hold your canvas securely in place
  • A stylish apron to keep you clean and comfortable
  • A palette or plate to mix your colors and create unique shades
  • Cups for cleaning your brushes between colors
  • A tablecloth and table cover to protect your furniture
  • Chairs if you don't want to use your own and to keep you comfortable throughout the painting process
  • Tables if you don't want to use your own or don't have one big enough

What happens on the day of your painting event?

I want to make sure your event runs smoothly and stress-free, which is why I take care of all the setup for you.

On the day of your event, I'll arrive 1 to 2 hours before to set up each station and prepare your Italian wine and charcuterie board if you've selected the Paint and Pairing service.

Don't want to use your own table or chairs? No problem, I'll bring everything we need to create the perfect painting environment.

What are your cancellation policies?

I understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and I am committed to being as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel your painting experience, please contact me directly at bookings@gretartparties.com or at +12674325428.

I want to ensure that you receive the best possible experience, which is why I offer a full refund if you cancel at least one week before the scheduled date. However, if you cancel within one week of the scheduled date, only a 50% refund of the total cost for the service originally booked will be issued.
